Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree.
Good communication skills.
Excellent communication in verbal and written.
At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service Industry.
Willing to work in shifts
Knowledge about irate callers
Enthusiastic, proactive and pleasing personality.
