Last March 18, 2013, I was able to experience the JET experience going to Coron, Busuanga in Palawan.

SkyJet Air owned by Magnum Air flies to Coron, Busuanga 3 times a week and vice versa.

Wed and Fri flight                        :               MNL/USU = 0920H – 1000H/USU/MNL = 1120H – 1205H

Using their 94 seater Jet Aircraft

At Skyjet, they sell Experience not seats. Everything on board that they offer is free.

Here’s a closer look at the jet engines of the Boeing 146 (BAe-146)

Here’s a shot of CEO Joel Mendoza, Ms. Rosan Mendoza, Gemma Vizconde-Reyes and my fellow bloggers digitalspidey and azrael before our takeoff.

Ms. Raissa Mendoza in the picture above showing us the safety procedures before take-off.

Snacks were served after around 9 minutes from take off. Best of all – free coffee!!

Overall the flight was smooth and fast. 33 minutes 6 seconds and 9 milliseconds as shown to us by Ms. Rachel Gallardo.

Our Pilot Captain Ed Tamayo was still in the cockpit.

The runway in Coron is a bit small, and Skyjet is the only airlines with Jet Aircraft that can land in Coron.

Welcome to Francisco B. Reyes Airport in Busuanga, Coron Palawan. Upon arriving, we were greeted by SkyJet’s lovely head of sales Ms. Phoebe Lou Calo.
