A healthy body is everyone’s best investment. So eat well, exercise either voluntary or involuntary, and take your supplements.
Being a Travel, Events and Technology blogger, I need to stay healthy and strong.
I don’t just write about the places I go to, or about the food I ate or the events I go to. I experience all of those. If, I wasn’t healthy how would I go to those places and events?
Bloggers are just like everyone else. We sometimes have off days, and most of the times we have very hectic days with back to back to back coverages of events and places. Starting from the early hours of the day to the wee hours. And staying healthy and fit is a challenge.
How to stay healthy?
Eat the right foods. Eat at the right time. Sleep at least 8 hours a day. Exercise
But we all know that doing all those are are next to impossible on a daily basis with all the things we need to do.
The next best thing is take supplements. Which types of supplements? With all those supplements that are available in the market today, its hard to choose.
Here are the criteria that I looked for.
1. Must have something unique and different from everyone ( or almost everyone else.)
2. Must be price friendly.
3. Availability in all drugstores
4. Helps me keep my body strong and fit.
I’ve tried a lot of different brands and the best fit for me is Circulan. Why? It has the following:
- Hawthorn Berry [for a healthy heart]

- Garlic Oil [for blood]
