MoneyGram and GCASH announce partnership for 2018

GCASH has been on a roll with new partnerships in the last few months.. and this time, they might have found the perfect partner in helping OFW’s get their money to their relatives in the Philippines faster and easier with their powerhouse partnership with Moneygram.

This is technically super good news for everyone involved. Now MoneyGram Remittance recipients dont have to actually go to a MoneyGram office to pick up their money which saves them time and keeps them secured.. all the they  need to do now is withdraw the remittance money directly into their GCASH wallet. And once it’s in the GCASH wallet.. you can easily pay your bills, buy load or even send money to another GCASH user

Of course you need to have a KYC’d Gcash account first to be able to do this.. but once you have been kyc’d.. the only thing you need to do is enter the amount of cash you are expecting.. enter the transaction no which the sender has provided and then withdraw the funds..

GCASH and MoneyGram Executives were also on hand to answer the questions of the press during their announcement held in their OFW Training center in Manila.

MoneyGram has over 200 countries where they operate and over 350,000 agent locations in all over the world. And as a part of their special promotions with GCASH, upon your 1st successful transaction from MoneyGram to GCASh, you should also receive within the day 200 php cashback! Cool right..

Here’s a quick video on how to withdraw using the GCASH app

And dont worry, when you recieve you money via GCASH, there are no receiver fees.
