Mrs. Milada Dealo-Valde, author of the Cuisine of Quezon is launching her book in August in Resorts World.
I was fortunate to meet Mommy Milada last week through my friend Raffy Pedrajita and I was very impressed with the pictures and content of the book she showed us.
The book basically is all about Filipino Food prepared in the old traditional way, without any additives of any kind.
They were very kind to provide us a few pages of the book to feature.
