Recruitment Manager

  • Minimum 5 years as Recruitment Manager with exposure on technical recruitment for large outsourcing organizations
  • Strong people management skills and shall be responsible in managing a team of  7-10 technical recruiters
  • Shall responsible for development in recruiting plans, employing effective sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas
