Jan 18, 2014

Azrael, Raffy and I went to Kabangkalan, Negros Occidental to cover the Sinulog Festival.

Call time for the plane was 635 to Bacolod.

Our flight was in Terminal 3, via Cebu Pacific.

It seems they have made a couple of changes in checking in.

Cebu Pacific has put in a lot of self service kiosks that look like atm machines in which you will use to check in using your Booking Reference no: Once you enter the reference number all the names that were booked together in the ticket will come up and you can choose to check in the persons that are already there.

After choosing the names, you have the option to see the seating plan to check the available seats. Once finished, printouts will come out, 2 pcs per person that checked in that will serve as your boarding pass and ticket. You can now proceed to the gate of you have no check in baggage. Reminder – check in baggage is upto 7 kilos only.

The flight to Bacolod took about an hour and 15 minutes.

Here are some reminders for visitors to Bacolod re prices of transportation.

While waiting for the others, we had a quick breakfast in Mcdonalds near the capitol.

The capitol has a big park with a huge pond in front with tilapia.
