Unboxing the ZTE V967s and my initial impressions.. If you havent heard, ZTE was the mobile phone manufacturer through its local distributor who had the sale fiasco a couple of days past.. want find out more? Then google it.. hehehe.
Anyway, here is the what you get from the ZTE V967s when you buy it… currently retailing around 5,000 php in the market.. but had a value of around 9,500 php before according to Yugatech.
The phone comes with the standard headset and usb charger in the box..
5 inch phone..with the usual buttons.
1st difference I saw was the buttons which is arranged differently than I’m used too.
Power button and 3.5 mm jack is on top with the volume buttons on the left side..
Usb port and charging is on the bottom part of left side of the phone.
The phone unit is a bit bulky compared to most designs in the market right now, although it seems that it feels like its a solidly built phone. ( its thicker than the usb from cdr king)
The unique and main difference is as you can see in the pictures is that the camera is protruding from the back.
Upon opening the back cover – please be careful as the back cover is very thin.
You will see a removable battery with a 2,500 mAh capacity.. 2 sim slots – both regular sized and the micro sd card slot.
You will notice that it say G/W in sim 1 and just G in sim 2 – I assume – only one port can use the faster internet or the hspa..we will see when we test the phone.
So far.. it seems it hasnt been sold in the Philippines since I havent seen any reviews locally except for the posting from Yugatech which was written last year.
